Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the MyAisle Service operated by MyAisle by Tunez Technologies INC.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any law.
• Upload counterfeit, stolen, or infringing goods or content.
• Misrepresent inventory, availability, pricing, or store identity.
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise harvest data from the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, models, or prompts.
• Submit content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that threatens violence.
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited promotional content.
• Impersonate another person, brand, store, or property.
• Use the Service to train competing models or assemble competing datasets.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement.
