MyAisle by Tunez Technologies INC. ("MyAisle", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the MyAisle website, mobile app, merchant dashboard, and operator portal (collectively, the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

Account information

Email address, display name, optional photo, and the role you sign up under (shopper, merchant, or operator).

Profile and preferences

Shopping categories, budget tier, persona, favorite brands, optional body measurements (used only for fit recommendations), and home mall — all controlled by you.

Activity

In-app interactions with the concierge, saved outfits, fit history, runner requests, and cart contents.

Merchant / operator data

Store details, catalog, promos, orders, leases, and property data that you choose to upload.

Device and usage

IP address, device type, browser, approximate location (only with permission), and error logs.

2. How we use information

• Provide and personalize the Service.
• Match shoppers with relevant stores, promos, and routes.
• Process orders, pickups, and runner deliveries.
• Improve our AI concierge and product recommendations.
• Communicate launch updates and important service notices.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents.

3. Sharing

We share information with merchants only when you place an order, reserve, or request a pickup at their store. Mall operators receive aggregated, anonymized analytics — never individual shopper identities. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, database, AI inference) under contractual data-protection terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your choices

• Access, edit, or delete your profile from in-app Settings.
• Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.
• Request full account deletion by contacting privacy@myaisle.app.
• Disable location at the OS level — the Service still works, with reduced personalization.

5. Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

6. Children

MyAisle is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

7. International

We operate from the United States. By using the Service you consent to processing in the US and other countries where we or our providers operate.

8. Changes

We will post material changes to this policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
